Phil Waldrep: Host

As a popular Christian communicator based in Trinity, Alabama, Phil Waldrep focuses his God-given talents and resources into reaching senior adults, youth, men, women and pastors. His ministry provides a broad spectrum of opportunities for Christians to refresh their faith, while also providing avenues for those in need to find the Lord. Phil has also published two outstanding family-oriented books, Parenting Prodigals and The Grandparent Factor. In 2006, the State of Alabama Senior Adult Hall of Fame awarded Phil a Medal of Honor, recognizing his work with senior adults.

Sam McElroy: Co-Host

Sam McElroy is the Executive Director for Phil Waldrep Ministries in Trinity, Alabama. He often leads the worship music at conference events. He is the former Associate Pastor and Music/Administration Minister at the First Baptist Church in Milan, Tennessee. Sam also spent fifteen years as host of “Tennessee Sunday Morning,” a contemporary Christian music radio show in west Tennessee. His energetic and encouraging spirit comes through the music he shares.
